Sister Felicia Bessman is the first lady and minister of Education of New Grace, Arlington, Texas.


 Husband:  Rev. Dr. Theo Bessman, Married 1987


Two children (Daphane & Theo Jr.)


Education: BS- Rust College, BSN—Texas Woman’s University, MA—Southwestern Baptist Theological seminary, LPC, MSN--Family Nurse Practitioner


Work: Registered nurse, Family Nurse Practitioner, Teacher, speaker, conference facilitator, a certified marriage and family counselor, LPC 


Volunteer work: Open Arms Health clinic, Irving Bible church clinic, community health fairs


Vision: Serving God's people, teaching, mentoring, and making impact


Mission: to empower and encourage families to reach their God-given potential. To provide service to individuals and family in need of physical and emotional healing.


Mission work: various Hispanic countries, Haiti, local mission


Philosophy: Families, marriages, churches, and communities can withstand the challenges of the world today by being anchored in the word of God. Believe that everyone has been gifted to fulfill a special purpose in life and is committed to helping people develop their potentials and walk in their destiny.
